Meet Matt Foley
Founder and CEO
Matt Foley is a retired FBI Special Agent with 21 years of experience in Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, Cyber, Insider Threat, and National Security. He served in multiple FBI Field Offices and as a Supervisory Special Agent at FBI Headquarters.
Mr. Foley was the FBI Regional Counterintelligence Working Group Coordinator for many years covering the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes Regions, and also served as the FBI Louisville Strategic Partnership Coordinator. In these roles, he provided briefings and trainings to the private sector and academia in the areas of Cybersecurity, Insider Threat, and Protection of Intellectual Property. He has extensive experience briefing high-level government officials and C-Suite executives, as well as collaboration with the U.S. Intelligence Community, state and local law enforcement.
Mr. Foley has been the recipient of numerous awards, including six citations for special achievement, and the 2020 BG Richard T. Ellis Award for Excellence in HUMINT Collaboration.
